All members are eligible to become a director. Keep in mind that, for selection, a director requires at least 12 votes. "For each additional 12 votes such nominee receives in his or her favor, he or she shall be entitled at his or her sole, unfettered discretion, to appoint as a director any other member in good standing who is not otherwise elected as a director at the annual general meeting."
